A special year-long exhibit together with publications created as a public service, focuses on the world’s largest fresh water asset – along with restoration and economic renewal of the cities and ecosystem around it.

Working in collaboration with Thirst, high impact graphics were created and wrapped around 20-foot tall trusses turning the lobby of the Chicago Architecture Foundation into an immersive environment.
A line of sight was established horizontally across the exhibition, making it very clear how to access different chapters in this narrative as visitors moved through the space.
